Allocating Training Funds at the End of the Fiscal Year At the end of the fiscal year, government agencies often have training funds to allocate.
We will allow the agency to purchase a block of courses and decide on which courses and trainees to enroll any time within 12 months. We provide the user names and passwords for the standard set of materials immediately. However, the agency may transfer the enrollments to any trainees at any time during the following year and may have us apply the tuition to any courses in our program.
In other words, the agency has a year to decide whom to place into a purchased course and which courses to assign to those participants. Adjusting to Procurement and Billing Requirements The Business Writing Center will adjust to special procurement and billing requirements some agencies have.
Let us know the requirements and we will alter our normal procedures to fit them. The Center also accepts checks, purchase orders, and wire transfers. Tuition payments can be made for any volume of blocks of courses or individual courses.
